Counseling Services

Your family and situation are unique so I will cater our time together to meet your needs. Our first step in counseling is for me to listen really well and for us to set a goal and plan.  Not sure what you need?  I’ve got you covered!  I offer a free phone consultation to talk about your concerns and to make sure that therapy is the right treatment for you.

Most counseling goals take 6-8 sessions to complete.  Some issues are complex and take longer.  My goal is to give you the pace in counseling that is right for you and the practical tools for fast solutions.  We will regularly check in on progress and adjust as needed, so no one ever feels ‘in the dark’.

Worried that your kid won’t enjoy counseling?  I totally get that.  It’s a big part of my job to make everyone feel comfortable, which usually becomes a non-issue once we meet.

There are many different ways in which we can work together and I offer much more to families than just the traditional therapy session.   I offer Family Coaching and  Parenting Classes as well as a cost-effective  Family Reboot eCourse.  Once you are my client, providing you with the best, most helpful experience is my highest priority.
